Suzan and I had a good visit with Mom, AKA CooCoo. Played cards, visited, played cards, and got to have brunch with Kelsey and Taylor(aren't they pretty?), as well as one of her best friends, Dottie. She's doing well, still living on her own and liking it.

Also dropped by NYC to see Lady Liberty... OK, it was on Balboa Island in Newport Beach.

Copout... home, sweet home, for 9 years. Our home was equipped with solar panels, wind generators (guess that makes us green), just about everything a residence needs. Now if only if it would sit still when the wind blows at 70 mph in the middle of the night. The pics include the boat in Fl after returning, an anchorage in Belize, another one in Providencia, a small island off of Nicaragua. And didja notice the gun with our little visitors? After an overnight horrid passage, an hour of sleep, these "officials" in Mexico come out to check us in.

Well Laura, I was just checking this blog to see if anyone took the time to share. And I see they have indeed lamed out on us. Let's see..... embarassing photos???? I do believe I have some. It's a bit unfortunate for some. But, it's good for them to see themselves in a less serious, less, shall we say, less attractive pose. And I'm hoping the suspense will be killing them. Who will be the first bad picture victim? Could it be Kevin? ohhh yes, Lisa? Does Bailey think she's safe? I think Tammy and Brandi are smiling, thinking we don't have blackmailing type of photos of them, but bwaaaaahhhh haahhh haaaaah..... we are both detective's daughters. All should fear. Or just blog!

our family is kind of lame here.....it's just you and I. Hmmm...I'm thinking we blackmail them with letting them know we will be posting embarassing pictures of them picking their noses, on the toilet...whatever we can find if they don't do their own posting! What do you think? I'm sure i still have those pics of Lisa in her footed slippers with a mouth full of food, got any good ones of Kevin mini golfing that we could tweek? Did you go down there to get some of the photos we need? I say, we do what we need to do!

alright, in case some of you don't know who i am

I know we don't see eachother much, so I thought I would give you a little run-down. And, I expect the same from the rest of you. Don't tell me you're too busy, we all are.

My name is Tina Brown.... a/k/a Christine Noel Fuhrmann. I live in a tiny little town called Amity, Oregon. I'm 39 (don't want to talk about it). Actually, it was on New Year's Day that Luke said, "I'm gonna be 8 this year!!!" and then he looked over at me, smiled this devilish smile and said, "Mom! You're going to be 40 this year!" twirp! Who taught that kid math? O.k. back to the info. I have a son, Luke...a/k/a Lucas Alexander Brown, date of birth 6/7/01. Coo Coo was there to witness this little man joining the world. I'm pretty sure he's a genius, he's extremely compassionate, has a wonderful, wacky sense of humor (no idea which side of the family he gets that from) and well, is the best thing..... ever!

I work for the Courts during the day, icky job, but I should be thankful I guess that I have one. And I sell junk on Ebay at night. I absolutely love to travel and have been fortunate enough to travel a bunch over the past couple years. I've got a rock-star dog, Misha, a black chow that is the coolest dog ever! She's 12 1/2 and will live forever (don't try and tell me otherwise) and I guess I should mention Popeye (the hamster) although if he decided to take a long walk I wouldn't mind. Seriously, what do you do with a hamster? I just have to clean it's cage and feed him. Boooooring!

Luke and I were able to go Africa last summer, stay in a small orphanage and meet the girl/orphan we sponsor, Lucy. I have been trying to adopt her since that time, things have slowed down. She'll be 10 next month although she's the size of most 6 or 7 year olds.

This is Laura Pemble (Fuhrmann)---I think i'll do a quick recap of what's going on with me as well. I'm really hoping that tina and I are not going to be the only ones on this blog--that would be lame and we'd look like losers- so please add to this thing!

I am 40 something...married to Brett (who was my step brother for 2 months before we married). We have 4 kids, Brittany (who is 14), Megan (13 on Valentine's day), Carson (11) and Josh (5 with attitude). We live on 16 acres that has a creek running through it. It's beautiful out here and I am not sure I could ever move back into town. Besides the occasional deer that we see, we have wayyy too many pets of our own. We have 3 cats, 3 dogs, a calf, 20 goats a llama and a partridge in a pear tree! Ok, no partridge and no pear tree (but we do have quite a few apple and peach trees, does that count?). I get to be at stay at home mom that never seems to get to stay at home. Always running here and there. My husband works for a company called LSI, which is something to do with computer hardware storage for businesses --- he talks in acronyms when he's on the phone and travels a lot. This week he is in North Carolina and next week he will be in England. We are thankful he still has a job.

We went to Hawaii this past November with all of his frequent flyer miles he accrued, so i'll add some pics of that trip since tina has africa and my life usually consists of dentist appointments, and grocery shopping and those pictures wouldn't be quite as exciting. Never mind.... the hawaii pictures are not on my laptop. Ugh. i'll find something and add Hawaii later.

Ok, i'll be waiting to hear from you!! that mean you too, dad!
